面向世纪的高效环保型炼焦新技术

SCOPE21技术通过对原煤进行快速加热预处理、中低温出焦和热风改质,提高了原煤粘结性,扩大了炼焦配煤资源。在保证焦炭质量的前提下,大大提高了焦炉生产效率。通过对焦炉燃烧结构的改进和燃烧条件的控制,实现了低NOx燃烧,降低了焦炉的环境负荷。 In this paper,the new cokemaking process(SCOPE21) is introduced which making up of coal rapid heating treatment;medium temperature carbonized-reheating upgrading and low NOx combustion
