选煤厂压风机进排风的改进措施Keywords: 压风机,进排风,改进措施,智能控制 compressor,inlet and exhaust,improvement countermeasures,intelligent control Abstract: 为了降低选煤厂低压风机的故障停机率和能耗浪费、提高压风机运行效率和生产效率、减轻员工维护检修劳动强度,根据压风机在实际生产运行过程中出现的进气质量差、高温故障停机、电能浪费严重等问题分析得出,改善和提高压风机的进气质量是保证压风机正常运行的关键,优化进排风管道,控制启停方式,可提高生产效率和节能降耗,由此提出了改进建议。经过实际改造案列表明,优化后的压风机在运行、生产效率、故障减少及节能降耗方面显著提高,效果明显。 In order to reduce the failure shutdown rate and energy consumption of low pressure fan in coal preparation plant,to raise the operation efficiency and production efficiency of high pressure fan,and to reduce the labor intensity of maintenance and repair,according to the poor intake air quality of the compressor in the actual production and operation process,the problems of high temperature fault shutdown and serious power waste were analyzed,it is concluded that improving the intake air quality of the high pressure fan is the key to ensure the normal operation of the compressor.Optimizing the intake and exhaust air pipe,controlling the starting and stopping mode can improve the production efficiency and save energy and reduce the consumption.Therefore,suggestions for improvement were put forward.The results of practical retrofit show that the optimized compressor has a remarkable improvement in operation,production efficiency,failure reduction and energy saving and consumption reduction,and the effect is obvious
