上湾选煤厂生产系统自动切换改造

为解决生产系统切换速度慢、生产方式不明确等问题,上湾选煤厂根据生产需要和智能化建设的要求,归纳了主要生产方式,并对生产系统内的关键闸板进行改造,将闸板及配套液压站的动作和相应生产方式下工艺系统的启停形成逻辑闭锁关系,建立了生产系统小模型。结果表明,技术改造达到了生产系统的自动切换和节能降耗的目的。 In order to solve the problems of slow switching speed of production system and unclear mode of production in Shangwan coal preparation plant,the main production methods according to the requirements of production needs and intelligent construction were summarized,and reformed the key gates in the production system. A small model of production system was established by taking the action of sluice plate and supporting hydraulic station and the starting and stopping of process system under the corresponding production mode into a logical locking relationship.The results show that the technical transformation can achieve the purpose of automatic switching and energy saving and consumption reduction of the production system
