大柳塔选煤厂末煤系统粗煤泥脱水过程管控Keywords: 粗煤泥,二级旋流器,弧形筛,离心机,水分 coarse coal slime,secondary cyclone,arc screen,centrifuge,moisture Abstract: 为减小粗煤泥水分对商品煤质量和选煤厂利润的影响,从粗煤泥脱水管理角度出发,分析二级水力分级旋流器底流口直径、弧形筛倾角、弧形筛筛板筛缝、离心机筛篮筛缝、离心机工况检查等因素对粗煤泥产品脱水效果的影响。结果表明,在大柳塔选煤厂末煤系统,二级水力分级旋流器底流口直径由90 mm降低至75 mm,粗煤泥水分同步降低2. 2%;弧形筛筛板筛缝由0. 35 mm增加至0. 5mm,粗煤泥水分降低1. 45%;粗煤泥离心机筛篮筛缝由0. 35 mm增至0. 5 mm,粗煤泥水分降低0. 91%。 In order to reduce the influence of coarse coal slime water on coal quality and coal preparation plant profit,effect of bottom diameter of secondary hydrocyclone,cyclone sieve bend angle,cyclone sieve seam,centrifuge seam,centrifuge condition check on the coarse coal slime product dehydration.The results show that in the tailings coal system of Daliuta coal preparation plant,bottom diameter of secondary hydrocyclone decreases from 90 mm to 75 mm,and the crude slime moisture decreases by 2.2% simultaneously.The mesh of cyclone sieve is increased from 0.35 mm to 0.5 mm,and the moisture of coarse coal mud decreases by 1.45%.The seam of coarse slime centrifuge increases from 0.35 mm to 0.5 mm,and the crude coal moisture decreases by 0.91%
