临城煤业选煤厂技术改造分析

针对临城煤业公司选煤厂用电量大、工艺落后等问题进行了一系列改造。将鼓风机及大功率设备进行变频改造;引进XMZ200/1250型压滤机对精煤进行回收,这一系列措施均取得了较好的效果,在节约能源的同时,提高了选煤厂效益。 Carried out a series of transformation in order to resolve the problems of great electricity consumption and backword technology in Lincheng coal preparation plant.Air blower and high-power equipments are reformed based on frequency conversion technique;recover clean coal with XMZ200/1250 pressure filter.All those methods not only save energy but also get remarkable benefits
