王家塔煤矿矿井水处理作饮用水技术

Abstract:

王家塔煤位于鄂尔多斯市东胜区,水资源相对缺乏,地区水源难以解决日1 000 m3新鲜用水量需求。王家塔煤矿矿井水水质特点是悬浮物高、COD、铁含量高,细菌超标,矿化度相对较低,矿井水通过一般处理车间和纯净水处理车间2段工艺,实现了矿井水纯净化。矿井水经过一般处理工艺后,采用紫外线消毒—活性炭过滤—刷式过滤—保安过滤—两级反渗透—紫外线消毒—添加矿物质处理工艺,可以达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)。矿井水净化处理技术经济、环境和社会效益可观,尤其在水资源缺乏地区,有一定的推广应用前景。 Wangjiata Coal Mine is located in Dongsheng District of Oredos City,and its water resources are relatively short,so it is difficult to solve the demand of fresh water consumption of 1 000 m3 per day.The characteristics of mine water quality in Wangjiata Coal Mine are high suspended matter,high iron content,bacteria exceeding the standard,and relatively low mineralization degree.The coal mine water was purified through two stages of general treatment workshop and pure water treatment workshop.After general treatment of mine water,ultraviolet disinfectant,activated carbon filter,brush filter,security filter,two stage reverse osmosis,ultraviolet disinfection and mineral treatment were adopted.It can reach the hygienic standard of drinking water quality( GB 5749—2006). The treatment of mine water is economical,environmental and social benefit is considerable,especially in the area of lack of water resources,which has a certain prospect of popularization and application
