林西矿选煤厂提高洗选效率的技术改造方案

对林西矿选煤厂技术改造后存在的问题进行分析。发现存在的问题主要是系统自动性较差,分选密度不稳定,加药量不准确等。对重介系统、浮选系统、煤泥回收筛等工艺及设备提出了技改方案,并进行了相关的效益分析。 Analyze existed problems after technical transformation in Linxi coal preparation plant.These problems mainly show up as poor automaticity,unstable separation density and inaccurate adding reagent.Provide some technical transformation scheme to improve productivity of dence medium system,flotation system and coal slurry recovery screen.At last,the economic benefits brought by the transformation is discussed
