Abstract:

为研究不同高分子絮凝剂、凝聚剂对选煤厂煤泥水沉降性能的影响,以补连塔选煤厂煤泥水为研究对象,研究不同药剂选型、药剂配比及药剂用量等对补连塔选煤厂煤泥水沉降性能的影响。结果表明,使用阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺A100(进口凝聚剂)时煤泥水沉降效果较好,煤泥沉降速度为116. 13 mm/s,澄清层浊度低,煤泥易脱水;发生矸石泥化,投加A100处理煤泥水时,可节约药剂费用1. 282元/t,经济效益显著。 In order to study the influence of different polymer flocculants and coagulants on the settlement performance of coal slime water in coal preparation plant,based on coal slime water in Bulianta coal preparation plant,effect of different reagent selection,ratio of reagents and reagent dosage on coal slime water settlement were studied.Results show that coal slime water settlement effect is better when the anionic polyacrylamide A100( imported coagulant) is used.The coal slime water settling speed is 116.13 mm/s,the clarification layer has low turbidity,and the coal slime is easy to dehydrate.Medicine cost is saved 1.282 yuan/t with A100,when gangue is muddy
