Abstract:

针对乌兰木伦选煤厂末煤系统脱泥效率不高导致煤泥水系统压力大和螺旋分选机经常堵大块导致设备故障率高的问题,自主研究设计研发了新型筛板、蓖粗装置和冲水装置,通过新工艺的全面投用,使末煤脱泥筛的脱泥效率提升了15%,生产效率提高了1. 4%,降低了煤泥水系统的压力,保证了洗选系统高效持续良性运转。 In order to solve the problem that the low efficiency of dehumidification of the coal system at the end of Wulanmulun coal preparation plant lead to the high pressure of the coal mud water system and the spiral separator often block the large block,which lead to the high failure rate of the equipment,a new type of sieve plate,castor crude device and water flushing device were independently researched and developed.Through the comprehensive application of the new process,the dehumidification efficiency of the last coal dredge is increased by 15%,the production efficiency is increased by 1.4%,the pressure of the coal mud water system is reduced,and the efficient and continuous benign operation of the washing system is guaranteed
