Abstract:

笔者利用大型化工流程软件ASPEN PLUS对火电厂烟气湿法脱硫工艺进行了模拟,介绍了模拟过程中物流、单元操作模块的选取和灵敏度分析、设计规定的计算方法。模拟结果表明脱硫效率随着液气比和钙硫比的增加而增加,随着烟气流速的增加而降低,其结论与原始设计数据较为吻合,建立的模型对优化设计具有一定的指导意义。 This paper briefly presents a large scale software ASPEN PLUS for process simulation.The model for simulation of Wet FGD is developed with the software of ASPEN PLUS.The selection methods for stream parameters and unit operation models,and the calculation methods for sensitivity analysis and design specification are introduced.According to the theory of gas-liquid transfer mass,the chief factors of affecting desulphurisation efficiency are L/G ratio?Ca/S ratio and velocity of flue gas.The simulation results show that desulphurisation efficiency increases with increasing L/G ratio?Ca/S ratio,and with decreasing velocity of flue gas.The results are consistent with those of the original design,which could provide basis for optimisation design
