桃山选煤厂精煤灰分预测的探讨

分析了重介质旋流器内密度场的分布特点,确定了精煤灰分与分选密度的关系,论述了精煤灰分模型建立的方法及条件,用MATLAB回归分析法建立了精煤灰分模型,并进行了精煤灰分的预测,比较了预测精煤灰分值与实际精煤灰分值,结果表明两者的平均误差仅为0.2037,预测精煤灰分值对指导选煤生产有一定参考价值。 The distributed characteristics of density field of heavy-media cyclone are analyzed in this paper.The relation of clean coal ash content and separating density is defined.Methods and conditions of establishing clean coal ash content model are discussed.The clean coal ash content model is established by using MATLAB regression analysis.The clean coal ash content is predicted.The predicted clean coal ash content and actual one are com- pared.The results show that the average error between them is only 0.2037.The predicted clean coal ash content has reference values of definite magnitude to guide coal dressing production
