高炉喷吹煤粉的热解过程及其动力学规律

Abstract:

采用热重分析法(TGA)对国内几家钢铁厂喷吹煤粉(天铁、武钢、马钢)的热解过程及其动力学规律进行了研究。实验中升温速率分别为10、20、40℃/m in,终温为1000℃。热解在氮气气氛下进行,并用高纯氮气作为保护气体。实验结果表明:喷吹煤粉样的热解特征温度基本随挥发分的增大而降低。随着升温速率的提高,喷吹煤粉的最大热解速度提高,对应的峰值温度升高,最终失重率呈上升趋势。通过用积分法对热解动力学参数求解,得到喷吹煤的热解反应级数为2,热解反应动力学参数的计算结果真实地反映了喷吹煤粉的热解情况。 The pyrolysis characteristics and dynamics of several domestic steels pulverized coal(including Tianjin Iron & Metallurgy(Group) Corporation,Ma Steel,Wuhan Iron & Steel(Group) Corporation.) were studied using the thermo-gravimetry analysis(TGA) method under different heating rate,which are 10,20,40 ℃/min respectively.The terminal temperature of furnace is 1000℃ and the high pure N2 is used as reacting and protecting gas.The results show that: the typical pyrolysis temperatures decreased with increasing of coal volatile during coal pyrolysis.With the rise of heating rate,the maximum decompose rate and its corresponding temperatures and the final agravic quotient of pulverized coal increases.The differentiation method is used to find the solutions of pyrolysis dynamics parameters.The stage number of pulverized coal pyrolysis reaction obtained to be 2,the calculated result of pyrolysis reaction dynamics parameters can really reflect the pyrolysis state of pulverized coal
