The course “It’s All About ME: Managing Conflicts in Your Practice” is one of many new sessions being offered at the 2017 AAAAI Practice Management Workshop. Conflict is a given in practice, whether with patients, staff or partners. During this session you’ll learn how to manage conflict effectively so that everyone wins. The panel will look at patient complaint strategies along with tips to improve the culture of your practice. They will also provide tips on handling conflicts among colleagues, both within the practice and the health system/larger physician community.
