Using standardized nasal allergen challenges(NAC), the Allergic Rhinitis Clinical Investigator Collaborative(AR-CIC) studies effects of therapeutic agents for allergic rhinitis(AR) and allows for identification/measurement of AR biomarkers. Here we investigate the relationship of specific IgE(sIgE) levels and skin prick test(SPT) responses to symptomatic outcomes.
