Human Mast Cells Produce and Release Various CC-Chemokines upon Stimulation with IL-33DOI: 10.1016/j.jaci.2016.12.541 Abstract: Both adaptive and innate immune responses reportedly participate in the development of type 2 inflammation through recruitment of various immune cells by the cytokine/chemokine network. Mast cell are well known to trigger adaptive immune responses, but their roles in innate immune responses are not fully elucidated. In the present study, we comprehensively investigated and compared human mast cells’ chemokine production after stimulation with IL-33 and after stimulation with anti-IgE mAb.
