Combined immunodeficiency presenting as autoimmune hemolytic anemia

Combined immunodeficiency (CID) usually presents with recurrent infections. Mutations in some of the SCID causing genes can be associated with a broad spectrum of clinical phenotypes, ranging from severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) to autoimmunity.
