Modifications to Aeroallergen Rush Immunotherapy Protocols Reduces Systemic Reactions Rates

We previously reported a modified aeroallergen RIT protocol with a reduced target dose of 1:10 v:v 0.1ml produced a significantly lower reaction rate and severity of reaction compared to a RIT protocol with a higher final dose. This lower reaction rate has not been directly compared to a standard aeroallergen IT protocol.
