Epidemiology of IgE-Mediated Allergy to Wheat Among Thai Children, Another Epidemic of Food Allergy in Asia.

Within the past 2 decades, there was an increase in numbers of children presenting with IgE-mediated wheat reactions to Academic Centers in Thailand. Knowledge on epidemiology of wheat allergy is urgently needed to further understand the risk factors, natural history and for proper treatment of wheat allergy in this population.
