IgE sensitization profiles of adult patients with moderate and severe atopic dermatitis: is there a role for molecular-based allergy diagnosis?

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic disease characterized by itchy inflamed skin. We investigated the profile of allergen sensitization in adult patients with AD using multiplexed allergen microarray.
