Abstract:
摘要 单域抗体(single-domain antibody, sdAb)是一种从骆驼科动物血清中提取的仅具有重链的抗体的可变区。单域抗体具有易表达、水溶性好、稳定性强、免疫原性弱等特点。与常规抗体相比,单域抗体在组织中的穿透率更高,并且能够通过肾脏被快速清除,使其能被理想地应用于各种生物技术和肿瘤临床治疗。单价sdAbs可以与放射性同位素、荧光染料、生物素、磁珠、亲和基质等化学物质偶联形成复合型分子偶联的sdAbs,可用于多种模式的在体肿瘤成像,在基础研究、探针开发等领域有着广阔的应用前景。本文就单域抗体的分子特征和其在肿瘤分子影像学中的应用进行综述
