摘要 乳腺癌是女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤，研究表明，胆固醇水平的升高与乳腺癌的预后不良及复发风险增大有关，而且胆固醇在不同分子分型的乳腺癌中作用也不尽相同，他汀类降脂药物尤其是亲脂性他汀类药物对于降低乳腺癌复发风险、改良预后有重大作用。本文就胆固醇在乳腺癌发病及进展中的作用以及降脂治疗对乳腺癌复发和预后的影响进行综述，可对高胆固醇血症与乳腺癌之间关系的基础研究及临床工作提供更多的依据
