中西医结合之我见
My view on the combination of Chinese and western medicine

新中国成立后，国家大力支持中医药事业的发展，并努力寻求与现代医学即西医学的结合点，以期 达到优势互补。然而，中医与西医是在两种完全不同的理论指导下的医学，理论指导上没有办法结合，现代学者 采用西医的研究思路来研究中医也无终而果，两种体系对疾病的诊断和治疗更是截然不同。因此，中西医结合的 研究是失败的，其指导理论上的差异决定了两者的不相融性，所以不能结合。但近年整合医学的提出为中医和西 医找到了嵌合点，但这个嵌合点只能是借助于整合医学体系来实现，即整合医学体系下中医与西医的整合。
After the founding of new China, the state strongly supported the development of the Chinese medicine industry, and strived to seek a combination with modern medicine, namely western medicine, in order to achieve complementary advantages. However, Chinese medicine and western medicine are under the guidance of two completely different theories. There was no way to combine the theoretical guidance. Modern scholars used the research ideas of western medicine to study Chinese medicine and had no end. The diagnosis and treatment of the two systems are totally different. Therefored, the study of the integration of Chinese and western medicine was a failure, and the guidance theoretical differences determined the incompatibility between the two. Therefore, they couldn’t be combined. However, in recent years, the introduction of holistic integrative medicine (HIM) helps us find a combination point of Chinese medicine and western medicine, and this point can only be reached by means of HIM theory, that is, the integration of Chinese medicine and western medicine under the HIM system
