组团医疗援疆对受援医院绩效改革的效果与思考

Abstract:
江苏省“组团式”医疗团队在医、教、研、管四个方面对克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州人民医院进行援 助,并组织医务部与财务科共同讨论部署了院科两级二次绩效考核管理的改革,现通过分析受援医院绩效改革试 运行后的实践效果总结经验,为进一步推动精细化、制度化、人性化、个性化的医院管理提供理论依据,最终达 到组团式医疗援疆的目标效果。
The clustered medical team in Jiangsu province provided assistance to the Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture People’s Hospital in medicine, education, research and management. They organized the Medical Department and the Finance Section to discuss and deploy the hospital and department performance assessment management reform. Now, to provide theoretical basis for further promoting refined, institutionalized, humanized and personalized hospital management, and to have the better clustered medical assistance to Xinjiang, we analyzed the practical effects of the aided hospitals’ performance reform and summed up the experiences in this article
