历史长河中的医学发展（二） —— 医学文化的重塑

Abstract:
本文从“医学革命”“医学异化”“中西方思维不同对医学的影响”及“从医学与科学的异同看研究思维 的选择”四个方面，引古今之经典，鉴中外之范例，用事实与数据深刻阐释了医学与科技、医学与人文、医学与社 会等的关系，提出将多向分存的相关因素有机整合，正确运用现代科技手段研究和认知人体的已知和未知，更有效 地为人类健康和繁衍生息服务。特别在医学研究的思维方式上，从哲学的高度全面论述了医学研究的主体是人，不 是物，详细分析了现行医疗过程中存在的问题和不足，并对中医学中充分体现人文情怀的“医者，意也”之意会性 知识以及以治愈患者为目标的辨证施治的整体观进行了深入讨论。强调医学是多元的，不好用单元思维去认识；生 命是非线性的，难以用线性思维去探知；患者是异质的，不宜用同质思维去对待；病情是动态的，不能用稳态思维 去诊治。医学与其他各行业一样，系统论是人类认识世界的基础，整合观则是人类改造世界的法宝。
This article expounds the relationships between medicine and sci-tech, medicine and humanity, and medicine and society with the facts and data quoted from historical and modern classics, domestic and foreign examples in terms of medical revolution, medicalization, impact of difference in Chinese and western way of thinking on medicine, selection of research ideas based on similarities and differences between medicine and science. The author puts forward an organic integration of multidirectional related elements and a deeper studying and understanding what we knew and unknown using appropriately modern technology to serve more effectively human health and living. Especially in the medical research perspective, he elucidates the subject of medical research is human rather than objects from the philosophic level. He analyzes thoroughly the problems and deficiencies in current medical practice and discusses penetratingly the tacit knowledge embodying humanity and the holism aiming at curing patients by differentiating their symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine. He holds that we should not get to know by univariate thought since medicine is multivariate, or explore by linear thought since life is nonlinear, or treat by homogenous thought since patients are heterogeneous, or diagnose by fixed thought since diseases are dynamic. In short, medicine is the same as all other industries: system theory is the foundation of human’s understanding of the world and the concept of integration is the magic weapon for mankind to reform the world
