“互联网+”的行业繁荣，有效带动了其他产业的发展。网络销售处方药是有价值但也存在争议的创 新模式，优势与风险并存，用“一刀切”的方法彻底禁止网络销售药品不仅影响药品可及性和产业发展，同时也 会带来新的监管隐患。我国应主动适应互联网与医药产业的融合发展，优先放开慢性病处方药网络销售，发挥各 政府部门的合力，严格监管网络销售环境，做好风险评估和经验总结，适时放开其他处方药网上销售，逐步完善 网络药品销售管理体系。
The “Internet +” industry boom has effectively driven the development of other industries. Prescription drug sale online is a valuable but also controversial innovation model. The advantages and risks of prescription drug sale online coexist, and the “one size fits all” approach of completely prohibiting drug sale online not only affects the accessibility of drugs and the industrial development, but also brings new regulatory hazards. China should take the initiative to adapt to the integration of the Internet and the pharmaceutical industry, give priority to the release of chronic disease prescription drug network sale, give full play to the joint efforts of various government departments, strictly monitor the network sale environment, do a good job in risk assessment and experience summarization, timely release the online sale of other prescription drugs, and gradually improve network drug sale management system
