纠正生理学书半规管受刺激的错误

Abstract:
本文旨在纠正生理学书籍中长期且普遍存在的关于变速转动半规管受刺激问题的错误,构建起该问 题的正确理论。以笔者刚发表的论文为依据,借助创新设计的前庭器理想模型,运用典型实例开展论证。论证表 明如下三种情况都是错误的,并阐明何种情况才是正确的。这三种情况分别是:“头身直立绕垂直轴转动外半规管 受刺激最大”“头部绕冠状轴或矢状轴旋转垂直半规管受刺激最大”“身体绕垂直轴旋转实际只刺激水平半规管”。 最后归纳出三项结论,并揭示这些错误之所以存在的根本缘由。
The study aims at correcting the long-term and widespread errors about the semicircular canals irritated by variable rotation in the books of physiology, and constructing a correct theory. Based on the author's previous paper [see Wei J, Qin R. Chinese Journal of Medical Physics, 2018, 35(3):345], typical examples are used for demonstration with the new ideal model of vestibular organs. It shows that the following three situations are all wrong:①The external semicircular canal gets the greatest stimulation when the body and head rotate vertically at the same time. ②The vertical semicircular canal suffers from the greatest stimulation while the head rotates around the coronal axis or sagittal axis. ③Only the horizontal semicircular canal has got a stimulation when the body rotates around the vertical axis. In addition to the correct conclusions, the reasons are revealed
