从中医角度谈一氧化碳中毒
Discussion on carbon monoxide poisoning from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine

一氧化碳（CO）中毒是急诊常见疾病，关于中医对CO中毒的源流、病因病机论述较少。笔者认为， CO属于外感病因，并兼有特性。CO中毒后主要分为邪盛初期、邪盛极期和正虚邪恋期，包括不同证型，笔者拟 就此作一论述并提出相应治则。
Carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning is a common disease in the emergency department. There are few discussions on the origin, etiology and pathogenesis of CO poisoning in traditional Chinese medicine. The author thinks that CO poisoning should be a disease caused by exogenous contraction and it has its own characteristics. The course can be divided into the initial stage of pathogen excessiveness, the peach stage of pathogen excessiveness, and the vital qi deficiency and pathogen lingering stage. The three stages have different syndromes. Based on the staging, the author puts forward the corresponding treatment principles
