探讨在健康中国战略下，如何理解和做好由病案管理向健康信息与病案管理的转型工作。通过阐述 国内最新政策动向、美英等国学术研究成果，提出我国病案管理的升级转型之路应从优化组织架构、加强教育培 训、完善技术规范和制定法律规范等4方面着手。
The paper introduces the progress of China’s policies in promoting the medical record management to fulllife health record management in the context of Healthy China strategy. By expounding the latest policy trends in China and analyzing the application advancement strategy on Electronic Health Record (EHR) in some western countries such as US and UK, we put forward that China shall promote the adoption and application of full-life health record management from four aspects, including optimizing the organization of medical record management, strengthening education and training, perfecting standardized technology regulations and establishing related legal system
