Feasibility of social capital entering primary health care institutions

本文阐述了当前我国基层医疗卫生机构的服务现状和存在的问题，通过借鉴社会办医的实践经验， 探索社会资本进入基层医疗卫生机构提供公共卫生服务的可行性，并以此分析实际操作层面可能出现的问题和困 境，提出相应的对策建议，为完善我国基层卫生服务体系、提高基层卫生服务质量和能力、进一步推动落实分级 诊疗制度提供参考。
This paper expounds the current level and existing problems of the service of grassroots medical and health institutions in China. By drawing on the practical experience of social medical practitioners, this paper explores the feasibility of social capital entering the primary health care institutions to provide public health services, analyzes the problems and difficulties in the actual operational level, puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, provides reference for improving China’s primary health service system, improving the quality and ability of primary health services, and further promoting the implementation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system
