基于混合扫描模型的廉价药品供给政策分析及对策探讨
Analysis of cheap drug supply policy based on hybrid scanning model and improvement countermeasures

廉价药品与国民生活密不可分，其供给保障是国家满足人民群众基本医疗服务需求、缓解看病难贵 问题的有效手段之一。本文以廉价药品供给政策为切入点，运用混合扫描模型分析政策路径中存在的理性不完善 与决策局限性，从加强廉价药品供给政策的公平与效率研究、制度建设、科学理性三方面为我国廉价药品供给政 策的修改完善提供全新研究视角和可行性对策。
Cheap medicine is closely related to our life. Its supply guarantee is one of the effective means of meeting the needs of the basic medical service and alleviating the problem of expensive medical treatment. Starting from the cheap supply policy, this paper analyzed the rational imperfections and decision-making limitations in the policy path from the perspective of hybrid scanning model.
