医疗社会文化史视野下中医医史教学的反思

Abstract:

在介绍医疗社会文化史研究思路,以及既往中医医史教学定位与局限性的基础上,指出中医医史教 学要突破单一的学术史模式,不能将医史教学等同于代表医家、著述与成就的罗列,而应将中医发展放置于具体 的社会文化历史情境中,呈现更加多元和全面的医学发展细节,以完善学术史教学。同时,医疗社会文化史研究 所关注的新议题,也可以成为医史教学的参考和补充。医史教学的目标、思路和方法也要随之作出积极的调整, 在搭建新的中医课程体系的基础上,实现中医专业教育与通识教育的互动和融通,这既是医学教育发展的需要, 也会对解决当前的医疗社会问题产生积极的影响。
This paper introduces the research ideas of socio-cultural history of medicine and the status and limitations of the teaching of TCM history. On this foundation the article holds that the teaching of TCM medical history should break through the single mode of academic history with placing the development of TCM in the specific social, cultural and historical context rather than listing simply the representative medicians, classics and achievements. So the new teaching model can present more diverse and comprehensive details of medical development to improve the teaching of academic history. And the new issues concerned by socio-cultural history of medicine can also serve as a reference and supplement to the teaching of medical history. In order to realize the combination of TCM professional education and general education, not only the goal, train of thought and method of medical history teaching should be adjusted actively accordingly, but also the course system of TCM needs new construction. These changes are the needs of the development of medical education and have a positive impact on solving the current medical and social problems
