参附注射液治疗脓毒症休克：基于临床实践与科学研究的思考
Shenfu injection in the treatment of septic shock: thoughts based on clinical practice and scientific research

参附注射液被广泛用于治疗脓毒症休克，相关的临床研究也很多，但缺乏使用规范。最新Meta分析 结果显示参附注射液对脓毒症休克最终结局指标——28 d死亡率无影响，笔者认为这与参附注射液治疗脓毒性休 克的适应人群、干预剂量及干预疗程等没有统一规范和标准有关，今后的临床研究应该围绕这些问题开展，为临 床用药提供依据。
Shenfu injection has been widely used in China for the treatment of septic shock. There are many clinical studies about Shenfu injection used for the treatment of septic shock, but its use has not been standardized. A newly published Meta-analysis suggested that Shenfu injection did not improve the 28-day mortality, a final indicator of outcomes of septic shock. We believe that this is related to a lack of unified standard for suitable population, intervention dose and intervention course. Future clinical researches should focus on these questions in order to provide evidence for clinical practice
