Abstract:

痰、瘀、毒等为食管癌发生发展的主要病理因素,而这些因素产生的关键在于津液代谢障碍。食管 鳞癌,病机多兼火热,以津液耗散为主;食管腺癌,病机多痰瘀胶结,以燥湿相混为要。津、液在食管上皮的分 布差异以及鳞癌、腺癌的病机差别,使得食管癌的治法并非笼统的化痰、逐瘀、解毒。结合食管生理,立足津液 理论,分清痰瘀胶阻的态势以及病理分型的差异,调复津液,才是治疗食管癌的重点。
Phlegm, static blood and poison are the main pathological factors for the development of esophageal cancer, and the key to these factors is the metabolic disorder of the body fluid. Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is mainly due to the dissipation of the body fluid mostly resulted from the hot pathogenic qi. Adenocarcinoma of the esophagus commonly presents the coexistence of dryness and wetness resulted from the intermingled phlegm and blood stasis. The treatment of esophageal cancer could not be simply defined as reducing phlegm, relieving stasis and neutralizing poison. It should be based on the physiological characteristics of the esophagus, the theory of body fluid, the degree of phlegm and blood stasis, and the difference of pathological types.
