整合医学与严控静脉输液理论依据的探讨

Abstract:
每天人体都要吸收大量的饮食成分入血液,但动脉血液的性质为什么能保持稳定?通过整合医学理 论将河流自净稀释原理与血液的自然运动相整合,提出人体内存在血流自净稀释原理。人体内静脉血在自然上行 运动过程中存在5次自净稀释方式,指出静脉输液逃脱了人体血流自净稀释原理的管控,对静脉输液的路径做出 风险评估,即上肢静脉输液路径的风险大于下肢静脉输液路径,在基础生理解剖结构层次上阐明严控静脉输液的 基础医学理论依据。
Every day, our body absorbs a large amount of dietary ingredients into the blood, but why does the nature of arterial blood keep constant? On the basis of integrating medical theory, we compare the natural movement of blood with the self-purification dilution principle of river, and then put forward the principle of self-purification of blood flow in human body. There are 5 self-purification dilutions in human vein blood during natural movement. It is pointed out that intravenous infusion escapes from the control of the principle of human blood self-purification. The risk assessment of the route of intravenous infusion is that the risk of the upper limb vein infusion is higher than that of the lower limb. For the first time, the theoretical basis of basic medicine for strict control of venous transfusion is clarified at the basic level of physiological anatomy
