《外科学》骨折旋转移位的释义残缺不全应修订
Incomplete explanation of rotation displacement of fracture in Surgery should be revised

我国医用本科教材《外科学》已连续五版将骨折旋转移位表述为：远侧骨折端围绕骨之纵轴旋转。 其残缺不全脱离实际，明显遗漏了临床普遍存在的近折端、撕脱骨块的旋转移位。释义应当遵循物体旋转运动规 律，在接受实践的检验中拓宽视野，使之求真务实全覆盖。本文就其提出了修订建议，供同行商榷。
The college teaching book Surgery of successive five editions defines the rotation displacement of fracture as the distal end of fracture rotating around the longitudinal axis of the bone. The definition is incomplete and divorced from reality. It forgets the rotation displacement of the proximal end of fracture and avulsion fracture commonly seen in the clinical practice. The definition should follow the law of the rotational motion of objects. We should widen our horizons and be pragmatic in the practice. This article comes up with some revision proposals for the textbook
