基于精准医学探讨中医药防治糖尿病及 其并发症策略
TCM prevention and treatment strategies of diabetes and its complications based on precision medicine

自2015年美国总统宣布将精准医疗计划提高到国家战略层次，全球进入了精准医学时代。根据精准 医学“精准分类— 靶向处理”模式与中医学“治未病”“辨证论治”思想的高度契合，本文提出“精准预防— 精 准诊治— 精准康复— 精准健康教育”四个层次的中医药精准防治糖尿病及其并发症健康管理方案，并对精准医 学在未来中医药防治糖尿病及其并发症中的发展方向提出建议。
Ever since the president of the United States announced in 2015 that the Precision Medicine Initiative has been raised to the national strategic level, the world has entered the era of precision medicine. Based on the fact that the practice of “precise classification and targeted treatments” in precision medicine is highly compatible with the idea of “preventive treatment of diseases” and “treatment according to syndrome differentiation” in TCM, this paper proposes four facets of a health management program to prevent and treat diabetes and its complications through precision TCM: precision prevention, precision treatment, precision rehabilitation, and precision health education. Besides, the paper provides recommendations for the development of precision medicine in TCM prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications
