关于针药并用治疗偏头痛用药及选穴的思考

偏头痛是较为常见的头痛之一，近年来发病率逐渐升高，其发病机制尚不明确，临床上无特效药治 疗。针灸与药物相结合治疗偏头痛效果显著，结合方式多样，且各具特色。本文对针药结合时的用药特点及选穴 规律做出思考，肯定了针药并用治疗偏头痛的临床疗效，并客观分析目前研究中的问题与不足，提出今后的研究 方向及展望。
Migraine is one of the most common types of headaches. Its incidence has gradually increased in recent years. Because its pathogenesis is not yet clear, there is no cure in its clinical treatment.
