考虑三、四线城市渠道商付出的服务努力因素，研究由平台与渠道商组成的两级供应链的最优决策问题.研究发现，分散决策不能实现回收量、二手手机销售量及利润的最大化，以集中决策为基准设计固定转移支付法实现供应链协调.通过算例分析验证了分享比例和消费者便捷敏感度参数对供应链决策的影响和有关结论的成立.
Considering the service effort of three-tier and four-tier cities, the optimal decision-making problem of the two-level supply chain composed of the platform and the channel was studied. The study found that decentralized decision-making could not achieve the maximization of recycling amount, second-hand mobile phone sales and profit, so Fixed Transfer Payment Method based on centralized decision making was designed to realize supply chain coordination. Further numerical examples were used to verify the impact of share ratio and consumer convenience sensitivity on supply chain decision-making and the tenability of relevant conclusions
