北京地区新闻从业人员择业动机再探 ——基于北京地区的一项调研初步数据
A re-exploration on the job-seeking motivations of media staff in Beijing: Based on the data from a preliminary survey in capital area

摘要 本文是根据2018年秋在北京地区开展的一项深度调查而写成的小型调研论文。调查 发现，当前北京地区新闻从业人员具有较高的职业理想与较浓的社会责任意识，个人能 否实现个性化发展似乎已成为新闻从业人员在进行职业选择时加以考量的重要因素，新 闻行业前景亦大有可期待之处。此外，与择业动机相关，当下新闻传播环境不断变化， 新闻从业人员对自身职业角色、新闻工作的社会功能的一系列认知，也会伴随环境的变 化而产生相应变化。职业角色、社会功能、择业动机，三者永远牵绊在一道。
This is a research paper based on an in-depth survey conducted in the Beijing region in the autumn of 2018. Investigation reveals that the staff of media in capital area have a high degree of overlapping with a group who possesses high professional ideals and strong sense of social responsibility. Besides, whether an individual can achieve individualization seems to have become an important factor for journalists to consider when making career choices, and there is much to look forward to in the future of the media industry. Besides, related to job-seeking motivation, a series of cognition on journalists' professional roles and social functions by the staff of media would be militated with the ever-changing current communication environment.
