移动端网络健康互助群组的参与度对成员感知社会支持和抑郁程度 的影响研究——以癫痫病症QQ群为例
Examining the Effect of the Participation in a Mobile-based Support Group on Perceived Social Support and Depression among Group Members

摘要 本研究以癫痫病症QQ群作为具体的研究对象，试图了解可以促成更紧密虚拟关系形 成的较封闭的在线健康群组在提供社会扶持方面的特征和作用机制。研究发现，在控制 了基本的人口学变量、健康情况变量和自我效能变助量后，QQ互群组成员的“客观参与 度”指标，比如加入群组时间、每日使用时长、发帖数或是结交到亲密朋友数对于成员 感受到的社会支持并没有显著影响，而“主观参与度”指标对于感知到的社会支持影响 相当显著。研究还进一步发现参与此类群组对缓解成员的心理抑郁程度有直接的积极作 用，而以往研究中所提出的社会支持在两者之间的中介作用并不明显。研究从理论上扩 充了我们对新型社会支持形态的认知，在传播学和社会支持理论视角都有独特的贡献。
By using online survey method, this study mainly examined how participation in a new form of online social group, the QQ group of epilepsy disorders, could contribute to the social support the group members perceived. After controlling the demographic variables, health-related variables and self-effcacy variable, the study found that the perceived group participation was the signifcant predictor of perceived social support. The study also showed that perceived group Participation has a signifcant and direct effect on the depression level of group members, but the moderating role of social support was not found. The study discussed the important theoretical and practical implications
