Abstract:

摘要 社交媒体信任是影响用户隐私风险感知和自我表露的重要因素之一,本文通过网 络人际信任,构建了社交媒体信任影响用户在社交媒体上的隐私风险感知与自我表露 的中介效应模型。本文运用问卷调查法,使用结构方程模型对501位社交媒体用户的媒 体使用数据进行了分析。实证结果显示:1.隐私风险感知与自我表露并无显著相关性; 2.社交媒体信任负向影响用户的隐私风险感知,网络人际信任在其中发挥中介作用; 3.社交媒体信任正向影响用户的自我表露,网络人际信任在其中发挥中介作用。因此, 对于理解社交媒体信任影响隐私风险感知和自我表露的解释机制,本研究具有一定的 理论贡献。
Social media trust is one of the important factors affecting the users' perceived privacy risk and self-disclosure. This article constructs a mediation model of network interpersonal trust in which social media trust in?uences perceived privacy risk and self -disclosure. With data collected from 501 social media users, this paper analyses the data using the Structural Equation Model. The empirical results show that: 1. perceived privacy risk is not related to the self-disclosure; 2. social media trust has a negative impact on perceived privacy risk of users, and network interpersonal trust plays a mediating role in their relationship; 3. social media trust positively in?uences the user's self-disclosure, and network interpersonal trust plays a mediating role in the relationship of them. Therefore, this study has a theoretical contribution to understanding the explanatory mechanism of social media trust on privacy risk perception and self-disclosure
