摘要：自1991年国际首次报道腹腔镜肝切除以来，经过二十余年的发展，腹腔镜肝切除技术日渐成熟，应用指征越来越广泛，安全性得到了较为一致的认可。本文就腹腔镜肝切除技术的临床应用现状做一些分析与总结。
