从美国金融危机看经济的高质量增长
An Analysis of China’s High-Quality Economic Growth Based on the U.S.Financial Crisis

随着中国经济由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,如何定义经济增长质量成为当前需要解决的重要问题。本文认为,经济高质量增长的最基本要求是经济的健康、持续增长,在过剩经济中,经济的高质量增长取决于高质量的需求,而优质需求来源于产品创新。同时以美国金融危机为例,说明产品创新的放缓是导致美国次贷危机爆发的根本原因,强调了经济高质量增长的重要性,并结合中国当前所处的发展阶段,针对中国高质量增长的要求提出进行产品创新、继续引导产业结构升级、进一步加强对外开放、通过技术进步降低成本、提高投资收益率以及改善管理、降低制度成本等政策建议。
As China’s economy transitions from a phase of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development, how to define the quality of economic growth has become an important issue.This paper holds that high-quality economic growth means healthy and sustainable economic growth.In an economy with overcapacity, high-quality economic growth depends on high-quality demand, which comes from product innovation.Taking the financial crisis in the United States as an example, this paper illustrates that the slowdown in product innovation is the main cause of the US subprime mortgage crisis, besides, it emphasizes the importance of high quality of economic growth, and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions, such as conducting product innovation, continuing to guide the upgrading of industrial structure, further strengthening the opening-up, reducing costs through technological progress, improving the investment yields and management, and reducing system costs
