“中国方案”是中国对当今世界发展中国家的发展提供的“方案借鉴”和对全球治理提供的“方案选择”,科学把握“中国方案”需要从历史、现实和未来三个维度入手。从历史渊源看,“中国方案”源于中国共产党为人类进步事业贡献力量的初心,展现了中国担当和中国风范; 从现实基础看,“中国方案”在回答当今全球治理困境中应运而生,能够推动全球治理体系向更加公平公正的方向发展; 从未来价值看,“中国方案”丰富发展了社会主义现代化理论、超越了资本主义现代化理论,对推进人类社会发展进步和探寻美好生活前景具有重要意义。
The “China Program” is a “Program for Reference” that China provides for the development of developing countries in the world today, and a “Program Choice” that China provides for global governance. Scientifically grasping the “China Program” needs to start from the three dimensions of history, reality and the future. From the historical point of view, the “China Program” stems from the initial intention of the Communist Party of China to contribute to the cause of human progress, it shows China's role and Chinese style. From a realistic basis, the “China Program” came into being in response to today's global governance dilemma, it can promote the development of a global governance system in a more fair and equitable manner. From the perspective of future value, the “China Program” has enriched and developed the theory of socialist modernization and transcended the theory of capitalist modernization, which is of great significance for advancing the development and progress of human society and exploring its prospects for a better life
