针灸操作前皮肤消毒的必要性探讨
Discussion on the necessity of skin disinfection prior to acupuncture

依据我国医疗行业标准和规范，对针刺部位应当强制性消毒，但在国内外临床实践中无皮肤消毒亦 无感染的情况时有发生。本文通过查阅国内外相关医疗规范，分析皮下注射及针刺前消毒与否的国内外相关文献 资料，得出结论：在使用一次性无菌针灸针和保证医者手指洁净的前提下，针刺部位未消毒基本不会引起感染。 若免除针刺前皮肤消毒步骤，将有助于大幅度节省医患时间、减轻工作强度和降低医疗成本。
According to China's medical standards and regulations, skin disinfection prior to acupuncture must be done mandatorily. But in clinical practice at home and abroad, it was seen that acupuncture without skin disinfection did not necessarily lead to infection. By referring to the relevant medical regulations at home and abroad, analyzing the published papers concerning the comparative study on subcutaneous injection or acupuncture with or without skin disinfection, the authors of this paper concluded that under the precondition of using disposable sterile acupuncture needles and keeping practitioners’ hands clean, acupuncture without disinfection normally would not cause infection. Therefore, if skin disinfection prior to acupuncture could be omitted, it would be significantly beneficial for timesaving of practitioners and patients, reduction of working intensity, and medical cost control
