Kaiser Permanente significantly contributes to this development by promoting plant-based diets and by continuously incorporating plant-based nutrition on the front lines with their dietary recommendations. Despite a continuously growing body of evidence and the meticulous work of renowned experts in this field worldwide, the latest findings in this area have not found their way into US national dietetic guidelines
