Biliary cysts are duct dilatation that can occur on all biliary ducts, 20–25% is diagnosed in adults. The classic triad for the clinical presentation consists on abdominal pain, jaundice and abdominal mass. The standard treatment is surgical resection and bilioenteric anastomosis.
