When first responders arrived, he suffered cardiac arrest. Cardiac arrest due to drug overdose was diagnosed.The patient was supported with venoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. Arterial blood gas showed mixed acidosis, and electrocardiogram showed junctional rhythm and complete right bundle branch block
