Hafiz Ibni Taymiyya: Life and works (661 - 728 = 1263 – 1328)

Taqi ad-Din Ahmad ibn Taymiyyah (1263 –1328 CE), Taqī ad-Dīn Abu 'l-？Abbās A？mad ibn ？Abd al-？alīm ibn ？Abd as-Salām Ibn Taymiya al-？arrānī,commonly known as Ibn Taymiya was a great Sunni Muslim scholar ,a theologian and a logician. He was a member of the school founded by Ahmad ibn Hanbal .He wrote 500 books in his life.He died in the age of sixty. Allama Sifdi praised him in these words: if he alive more he will be a miracle man. In this research paper an introduction to ibni Taymiyyah and his seeking of knowledge and services in different fields of Islamic studies has been presented with the hope that it will benefit the researcher, students and readers
