Abstract Disseminated cryptococcosis is a life threatening opportunistic infection amongst the HIV infected population. Infections of central nervous system, lungs and skin by Cryptococcus neoformans are very common. Although it can infect any organ, cryptococcal lymphadenopathy is a rare manifestation.
